The name Rural Scene has been synonymous with the sale of country property throughout the UK since the Company was launched in 1994.
Based in Wiltshire between Marlborough and Andover, the Company is run by directors John Noble and Edward Oldrey, who have a combined experience of over 50 years in rural estate agency. Our senior negotiators, Keith Palmer and Richard Pearson, both have strong agricultural and equestrian backgrounds, and Regional Manager Abigail Rhodes brings a wealth of equestrian knowledge as well as estate agency experience to complete the line-up.
Our highly proficient receptionists, administrators, IT and secretarial staff provide wonderful client care and ensure that all our vendors and applicants receive the attention they require.
We are privately owned and truly independent, enabling us to provide a confidential, personal yet highly professional service that has stood the test of time. Over the 20+ years that we have been successfully selling properties in this specialist niche sector of the market our experience has given us a unique insight into the best ways to connect with a very specific target audience. The comprehensive range of media (both online and print) in which we promote ourselves and our properties are tried and tested, all our marketing work and considerable associated costs are undertaken without charge, so the onus really is on us to produce a buyer. When we do find a buyer we charge a commission fee.
We promote ourselves nationally in a wide range of specialist media, to ensure maximum exposure to the right kind of buyer. Our hugely popular, user-friendly website is always within the top rankings on the main search engines; we subscribe to Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and UKLandAndFarms; and we have an ever-increasing following on our social media pages.
If you wish to buy or sell a property with land in any area we would love to hear from you.
